      From January 29 to 30, 2021, LianDe Company held the 2021 economic work meeting in the fifth-floor conference room. The meeting was presided over by Deputy General Manager Liu Changbo, and nearly fifty people attended, including senior management, department heads, and some key personnel.

    At the first day's meeting, the company signed the 2021 target management responsibility letter with the production workshop and business departments, and subsequently recognized and rewarded 65 projects that achieved results in the 2020 "rationalization suggestions and small improvements" activities. At the conference, Wang Jian, the director of Workshop Five, and Yang Chen, the head of the sales department, made experience-sharing speeches as departmental representatives.

    During the meeting, each responsible leader summarized their respective work and made arrangements and deployments on how to carry out the company's 2021 work objectives.

    After the speeches, the meeting arranged half a day for group discussions, where participants had enthusiastic discussions on how to achieve the company's overall goals for 2021 and how to carry out work, enhancing confidence and determination to achieve the annual goals.

    At the second day's meeting, the company's party secretary, chairman, and general manager Nie Zhiping delivered an important speech. General Nie first announced the completion of the company's main indicators for 2020, including output value, income, tax profit, and product gross profit, and analyzed and summarized the specific data.

    General Nie believed that in 2020, the company went through an "extraordinary, challenging, and unforgettable" time under the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic and the 76-day lockdown of Wuhan. Through everyone's efforts and hard work, impressive achievements were made, with remarkable results, highlights, appropriate measures, and effective responses, good epidemic control, and well-organized production. In 2020, the company achieved a basic balance in production and sales, the annual product gross profit basically met the initial target, and economic indicators increased compared to the previous year, with significant breakthroughs in various work transformations.

    General Nie emphasized that in 2020, the company achieved a transformative breakthrough in product structure; the production and sales of hydrogen peroxide in Qianjiang reached over 100,000 tons, with consumption levels leading the country; the company made new breakthroughs in new product development, improvements in product technical performance, and significant breakthroughs in project (results) declarations, with continuous national and provincial special achievements. Three major technological transformation projects started simultaneously in 2020; utilizing inventory advantages, concentrated procurement of raw materials to reduce costs based on trend judgments. In 2020, management achieved breakthroughs in employment mechanisms, reducing staff while increasing efficiency and income; the production workshop achieved results in raw material usage and comprehensive utilization, and there were breakthroughs in financial fund management. At the same time, young cadres were trained and grew rapidly.

    General Nie pointed out that although good results were achieved, there were still some shortcomings and areas for improvement in the work. First, low-level errors in product clumping, black spots, foreign objects, and other quality and service aspects still occur from time to time; second, the phenomenon of pushing responsibility and not daring to take responsibility is still prominent, etc. These will need to be improved and strengthened in the new year.

    General Nie requested that regarding the main indicators of output value, income, tax profit, and product gross profit for 2021, the company must "do well in what we are supposed to do." In terms of business work, sales should take the lead, goals must not be forgotten, and confidence must not waver. Reasonably allocate product sales, ensure large products maintain volume and base, and small products generate profit to create invisible champions; continue to leverage the advantages of supply and sales linkage to create price surpluses; under the overall trend of monetary tightening, control financial risks and adopt flexible payment methods; in foreign trade, focus on the market of 16 Asian countries (RECP). In terms of production technology, we must consistently innovate technology to lay a solid foundation for successful sales, focusing on three aspects of technical innovation: improving product quality, enhancing product performance, and ensuring complete specifications and varieties; ensure that all three technological transformation projects are completed and yield results this year; after the Spring Festival, implement the organic phosphorus project and replan storage, etc. In management, we should take "integration of two modernizations" as the starting point, center on finance, integrate resources, optimize management processes, and improve efficiency. In terms of mechanisms, we should implement equity incentives through virtual stock methods; establish industrial alliances, complement each other's advantages, expand development space, and develop together; further deepen the employment mechanism based on last year.
