Time waits for no one to transform and achieve a new leap for the company

--- The company's 2022 economic work conference was held

On January 15, 2022, LianDe Company held the 2021 economic work conference in the fifth-floor conference room, presided over by Deputy General Manager Liu Changbo. More than fifty people attended the meeting, including senior management, department heads, and key personnel.

The meeting first involved the company signing the 2021 target management responsibility document with the production workshop and business departments, followed by the recognition and rewards for 57 projects that achieved results in the 2021 "rationalization suggestions and small improvements" activities. At the conference, representatives from various departments, including Li Zihao, Deputy Director of Workshop One, Zhou Desi, Director of Workshop Two, and Xiao Qian, Manager of the Foreign Trade Department, shared their experiences.

At the meeting, each responsible leader summarized their respective work and made arrangements and deployments on how to carry out the company's 2022 work objectives.

At this meeting, the company's Party Secretary, Chairman, and General Manager Nie Zhiping delivered an important speech. General Nie first announced the completion of key indicators such as sales volume, revenue, and profit tax for the company in 2021. General Nie believed that 2021 was an extremely special year, with pressure from the international and domestic macroeconomic situation, competition from rivals, and the impact of national safety and environmental protection inspections, as well as the "dual control of energy consumption" policy, which made the company's production and operation very difficult, especially in the second half of the year, where market changes were significant, mainly reflected in: large fluctuations in raw material prices; rapid market changes, where sometimes individual raw materials could increase by 5000 to 10000 yuan/ton in a day; and unpredictable market variations.

In the face of this situation, the company's decision-making level adjusted proactively, adopted flexible business decisions, sought initiative, waited for opportunities, and looked for breakthroughs. At the same time, relying on the strong execution of the vast number of employees, the company not only overcame unprecedented difficulties but also achieved significant growth in economic indicators compared to previous years, with remarkable results in various tasks.

Looking back at the work of 2021, General Nie also shared his three reflections: First, self-reliance and self-improvement are the foundation of our existence; second, for enterprises like ours that lack raw material advantages, flexible and effective marketing strategies are the key to overcoming difficulties and turning crises into safety; third, technological progress, stable product quality, and a good Brand are our trump cards to seek initiative and avoid passivity.

2022 will be the starting year for the company's transformation and upgrade, as well as the concluding year of the three-year plan proposed in 2019. General Nie pointed out that to achieve the company's economic goals for 2022 and ensure sustainable development, it is necessary to fully leverage our strengths and reduce the impact of weaknesses such as lack of resources. First, produce higher-level products, upgrade products again, and weaken cost factors; second, select target markets and reduce overlap with the wet Phosphoric Acid and wet Phosphoric Acid salt markets; third, open up new tracks, enrich our product offerings, and create new growth points for our leap.

General Nie requested that to achieve re-transformation and new leaps in the new year:

1. Products are key.

1. The second phase of the Phosphoric Acid renovation project must be completed and put into production by early March, and electronic-grade Phosphoric Acid must achieve stable mass production. On this basis, Phosphoric Acid must implement technical breakthroughs and achieve sales within the year. At the same time, a high-quality polyphosphoric acid facility must be completed within the year. With the completion of the polyphosphoric acid facility, formic acid and formate series products should gradually achieve mass production.

2. Increase the reserve of new product development. New product development mainly focuses on electronic-grade Phosphoric Acid salt products.

2. Sales must reposition target markets.

The sales team must reposition target markets that align with our product characteristics. We must have great courage and determination to seek and explore suitable high-end markets such as electronic-grade products and establish cooperative relationships with top enterprises in different industries.

3. Fully improve work quality and standards, requiring transformation and upgrading across all processes, all aspects, and all employees.

1. All employees must strengthen learning, change their mindset, improve service awareness and skills, and adapt to the company's transformation and upgrading requirements.

2. All processes must operate according to work requirements.

3. Focus on basic management in all aspects, including quality management, equipment management, site management, and so on.

Finally, General Nie emphasized that as long as all employees of the company work together, this year's target tasks will surely be completed successfully.
