Reflections on Model 3

Recently, the General Office of the Central Organization Department issued a notice titled "Notice on Seriously Carrying Out the Learning and Promotion Work of the Special Program 'Model 3'". It requires grassroots party organizations and a large number of party members to watch the special program 'Model 3' together. In accordance with the spirit of the higher-level party committee's notice, the company's Party and Mass Department has notified the affiliated branches to organize party members and activists to watch the program actively, making good use of the theme party day activities of the party branch as a carrier, incorporating it into the activity content, sharing reflections and learning experiences, and guiding the majority of party members to align with advanced examples and strive for excellence in their positions and responsibilities, working diligently and effectively. Follow the Communist Party, be a qualified party member

On July 1st, on the occasion of the party's birthday, the company held a grand commemorative conference celebrating the 99th anniversary of the founding of the party. More than 50 members of the company's party committee, party members, and activists attended the meeting, which was presided over by Comrade Fu Gangqiang, the deputy secretary of the party committee. Comrade Nie Zhiping, the party secretary, delivered a speech titled "Follow the Communist Party and Be a Qualified Party Member," which was insightful and inspiring, providing the attendees with a vivid lesson on the party and greatly encouraging us.   Comrade Nie's speech was profound yet easy to understand. Why should we follow the party? He reviewed modern Chinese history, where countless patriots have gone through twists and failures for the national independence of the Chinese nation.

In the fight against the pandemic, party members are at the forefront.

On January 29, after receiving the notice from the Party Committee of Gehua Group, the company's Party organization quickly formed a "Party Member Assault Team" composed of the Party and Mass Work Department and the secretaries of various Party branches, ready to be on standby. On February 12, the members of the assault team reported to their residing Community as required, going down to the front line of epidemic prevention and control.   They are: Wang Yongjian, Han Jun, Li Zihao, Wang Gang, Shen Zhibo, Zhang Lei. In the Community, they obey work arrangements, acting as both "gatekeepers," strictly guarding their posts and checking attendance regardless of day or night shifts; and as "delivery personnel," delivering goods door-to-door to solve residents' supply issues... Supporting the frontline in Wuhan to fight the epidemic. Practicing corporate social responsibility, we are taking action!

As the Spring Festival of 2020 approached, an unpredictable storm of disease swept across the land, with Wuhan becoming the center of this storm. As the COVID-19 outbreak in Wuhan worsened, the company received an urgent notice from the Provincial Government Office regarding the full support and supervision of local epidemic prevention product manufacturing enterprises to quickly resume production for the Spring Festival. Comrade Nie Zhiping, the chairman of the company, personally directed and urged the company to expedite the production of hydrogen peroxide, overcoming difficulties such as personnel allocation challenges, urgent production tasks, and logistics transportation issues. On January 28, the company timely delivered 10 tons of hydrogen peroxide disinfectant to Wuhan, making efforts to alleviate the shortage of disinfectant supplies in the city during the fight against the virus. At the same time, Chairman Nie also stated that the company's subsidiary, Qianjiang Yihe Company, would leverage its advantages to donate hydrogen peroxide disinfectant to support the frontline in Wuhan's fight against the epidemic. Additionally, the company will purchase 11 tons of disinfectant from partner companies to donate for epidemic prevention in Wuhan, fulfilling its corporate social responsibility and contributing to the victory in the battle against the virus in Wuhan. Visit and comfort retired cadres before National Day.

At the important moment of celebrating the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China, in accordance with the work deployment of the higher-level party organization, we carried out activities to visit and comfort retired old cadres. The company’s party committee attached great importance to this and required that the party's care and concern be delivered to the hands of the old cadres. The deputy secretary of the party committee, Fu Gangqiang, the chairman of the labor union and minister of party affairs, Zhu Xinqiang, and the head of the organization department, Feng Jianqiang, were appointed to represent the company in visiting the homes of retired old cadres, conducting visits and comfort, and delivering the warmth of the party to the hearts of the old cadres.

The original intention remains, singing for the motherland.

On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of our motherland, the company organized this cultural performance event. On one hand, it expresses our best wishes to our motherland, and on the other hand, it creates a platform for everyone to showcase themselves and take this opportunity to display their personal charm. This cultural event featured a total of 15 programs and was very successful. Employees actively participated and demonstrated strong expressiveness, showcasing their youthful charm on stage. I believe everyone is equally vibrant and actively performing on their own stage in their respective positions, injecting stronger momentum into the company's development.
