Recently, at the company's annual meeting, a summary and recognition of the "Rationalization Suggestions and Small Improvements" activities conducted in 2017 was held. A total of 92 project applications were received for this small improvement and rationalization suggestion activity. After a comprehensive evaluation by the review meeting, one first prize for technological progress, two second prizes for technological progress, three special prizes for the small improvement and rationalization suggestion activity, and several first, second, and third prizes were awarded. At the meeting, 55 award-winning results were recognized and rewarded.
Through this recognition activity, we hope to inspire all employees to actively participate in the activities. At the same time, we hope that all units will, in the new year, follow the overall principles that are conducive to increasing output, improving product quality, reducing consumption, ensuring environmental safety, and enhancing management levels. We encourage innovative thinking, engage all employees, carefully summarize experiences, and address various problems and difficulties in production and management. We should think creatively to overcome challenges.
