To celebrate International Women's Day on March 8, and to allow them to enjoy a warm and harmonious holiday, the company's Women's Committee organized a "Celebration of International Women's Day" fun fast walking competition on the morning of March 8. The event site was filled with a strong festive atmosphere under the backdrop of promotional banners and LED displays. The female employees spent a fulfilling, enjoyable, and meaningful holiday amidst laughter and hard work. In this event, the company registered 8 teams with 48 female employees participating, divided into two groups, A and B. Each group had 4 teams, and each team consisted of 3 members tied together at the legs for the competition. The competition was conducted in a relay format, where the first group walked to the turnaround point and then returned to the starting point. After passing the baton to the second group, the second group began their race, with the first two units to finish declared the winners. Finally, the Supply and Marketing, Administration, and Animal Protection departments won first, second, and third places respectively. Fu Gangqiang, the deputy secretary of the company's party committee, presented prizes to the winning teams. The competition was both unifying and intense, filled with fun, showcasing the vibrant spirit, unity, and striving spirit of the company's female employees.
By organizing this event, not only was the cultural life of female employees enriched, but it also enhanced their sense of belonging and happiness, strengthened collaboration and cohesion among female employees, and improved the sense of collective honor.
